After production is complete, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary by destination.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has shipped.

Delays

Production and shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Team Store Orders

Custom team store, fundraising store, and bulk team orders may require additional production time depending on design approval, order volume, and fulfillment requirements.
